A gathering of art, science, and story in the North Hills
11am: Rooted at the Edge: Ranching Where the Old West and New West Collide, a book talk with North Hills neighbor, Donna Erickson.
12:30pm: The Ancient Plants that Fueled Early Missoula, a presentation with UM geologist, Kallie Moore.
2pm: Improvisation with Trees: drawing, movement, sound and taste explorations in collaboration with the Moon-Randolph Homestead Orchard, a workshop with artist-in-residence, Anne Yoncha.
This event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, though donations are appreciated. Come to one or all events. There will be time in-between activities to slow down and explore the site. We recommend bringing drinks and a picnic lunch.
